Shipping and delivery

Destinations we serve

We ship from Italy to destinations currently enabled at checkout. Coverage depends on the address and the options available for your order. Before paying, you can check whether your destination is served and which delivery methods are offered.

The European rates below apply where the relevant destination is enabled for purchases. They do not extend coverage to countries or territories for which checkout does not offer delivery.

Costs for Italy

The cost depends on the destination and the order's weight band. Standard BRT shipping starts at €7.90 for Italy excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, and at €9.90 for those three regions. Heavier orders have different rates, shown before confirmation.

Standard shipping is free from €99 for Italian destinations covered by the relevant option. Premium methods remain paid options and can also be chosen when free standard shipping is available.

Costs for enabled European destinations

Standard rates start at:

  • €11.90 for Austria, Germany, France and Slovenia.
  • €12.90 for Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
  • €13.90 for Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
  • €13.90 for Croatia, Denmark and Greece.
  • €17.90 for Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden.

For the first four groups, at destinations served by the relevant standard option, standard shipping is free from €199. This free shipping does not apply to Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Cyprus or Malta.

For Cyprus and Malta, FedEx options start at €33.90 and DHL at €35.90, depending on availability for the address and weight band. FedEx and DHL options remain paid even above the free standard shipping thresholds.

Islands and special territories may have different coverage or delivery methods. The options and amounts shown for your full address before confirmation apply to your order: we do not add unagreed surcharges later.

Preparation, transport and preorders

Order preparation and transport are separate stages. Any delivery estimates are stated in the offer and during purchase; a product's release date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Preordered items are subject to the expected availability and terms stated before purchase. If an order includes items with different availability, it may involve separate shipments according to the options offered: check the arrangements and any costs before confirming. No shipping charges will be added later without your agreement.

If you need delivery by an essential date or want clarification about items with different availability, contact us before ordering.

Delivery support

Check your address and contact details carefully when purchasing. Tracking information, where available for the selected method, is provided with the shipping update.

If you notice an error, delay, loss or damage, write to us with your order number. Enigma support remains your point of contact, including for dealings with the carrier. If possible, keep photographs and packaging: they help the assessment without limiting your guarantee or statutory rights.

For transport arranged by Enigma, we bear the risk of loss or damage until delivery to you or a third party you designate other than the carrier. Statutory remedies for delay and non-delivery, and any delivery deadlines agreed for your order, remain unaffected.
