Choose how to pay

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order and selected destination. Before confirming your purchase, you can check the products, total amount and any delivery charges.

Full payment is requested at checkout according to the selected payment method. The payment provider may require security checks and apply its own processing times: order confirmation and the charge appearing on your account may therefore occur at different times.

How payment for preorders works

Preorders also require full payment at the time of purchase, unless a different condition is expressly stated in the offer before ordering. This is not simply a deposit.

Before buying, check the release date and expected availability. Advance payment does not mean the product is already ready for dispatch.

How you receive a refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree to a different method, at no additional cost to you. We do not automatically turn refunds into store credit.

Unsure whether your payment went through?

If payment fails or you do not receive confirmation, check the order status and the result shown by the payment provider before trying again. This helps avoid duplicate orders or charges.
